1. The service

EbookHub sells digital ebooks delivered as downloadable PDF files. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.

3. Purchases and pricing

• All prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes.
• Coupon codes must be applied before payment; they cannot be applied retroactively.
• We may change prices and offers at any time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Licence, not ownership

Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the ebook for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the files, or remove any watermarks.

5. Downloads

Download links are available in your library after successful payment. If a file is corrupted or you cannot download it, contact support and we will make it right.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbookHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ebook.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
